WPIX 11 talked with Dr. Bart Rossi, PhD, a clinical psychologist, about the warning signs of disgruntled employees on the verge of snapping and becoming dangerous, or deadly.
Dr. Rossi talks about guns certainly being a danger, but that “we need to focus on mental health in America. And I think even the NRA would go along with that.”
He says that though the shooter was told to seek help, there was no action taken to ensure he would get it, and that that is part of the problem.
