Mental exhaustion can be debilitating and overwhelming. Political psychologist Dr. Bart Rossi, Ph.D. discusses things one can do to ease the stress during these difficult times. He joins the host of Wink News with tips and insights.
2020 has been an unprecedented time in America. We’ve all been battling the Coronavirus (COVID19). Americans have had to deal with the impact on their personal and business life. But also, the uncertainty of the what’s to come, and the intense partisan fallout that has been at the center of the national discussions. This, in turn, has added to the election tensions. Trump supporters believe he has done a great job; critics disagree.

And if that wasn’t enough, the country has been rocked by the George Floyd death, and the protests that have ignited across the country, and the world at large.
