Mulvaney Says Quid Pro Quo

Mick Mulvaney says quid pro quo in a press conference after the Trump administration [and the President himself] have defiantly said THERE WAS NO QUID PRO QUO. Dr. Bart Rossi, PhD discusses.President Trump’s legal team, aides, and republican allies were aghast at acting Chief of Staff (Mick Mulvaney) statement. In an exchange with reporters, he clarified that yes, the investigation into the DNC server was, in fact, why they held back the financial aid that Congress had already authorized to Ukraine. he went on to say that the administration does it all the time, noting that everyone should “get over it.”
“We do that all the time with foreign policy.
Ukraine desperately needed the U.S. help staving off Russian incursion on their eastern border.Coming off the fallout of the Mueller investigation probe, collusion scandal and theMulvaney a day later tried to walk back the statement, denying what we all heard him say in no uncertain terms, trying to make the case that the media got it wrong.Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham noted:
“As evidenced by yesterday with Mick, it was, again, more theater. It is about people wanting to be on TV and making names for themselves,” Grisham said, adding that Mulvaney “did a great job.”,Fox & Friends.
Yet even Hannity admitted the statement was dumb.
