Teen Affluenza Defense

A 16-old teen who while drink driving killed four people, was given a sentence of 10 years probation. Dr. Bart Rossi, PhD join host Mia Toschi to discuss the precedent being set in the case.

The so-called “affluenza” defense, which argued that a wealthy upbringing left a teenager unable to understand consequences, drew national outrage after a sentence of probation in a fatal drunk-driving crash.
